Kirtan is about accessing that inner peace that is ever present in us all. What I love about this practice is it brings people together, it unifies us with a common purpose; hightening our vibration, healing from trauma, ridding our minds of negative thinking, anxiety, self-doubt or sabotage. Ultimately, the goal is the same. It's about finding happiness, it's finding community, it's feeling like we belong and we matter. Because we do. I am deeply humbled to share this gift of mantras I've learned in the US and in India. They changed my life, and I'm so grateful. The repetition of these chants, mostly from the Yogic tradition, helps us to create new neural pathways and restructure our thinking. Similar to meditation, this chanting can clear negativity to provide space for profound healing at the deepest level of our consciousness. It awakens our intuition, and allows us to be the best versions of ourselves.
